Daily exercise regime
It’s really important in these days when we are stuck at home that we have a daily exercise regime. We won’t be moving as much as usual, and maybe spending more time sitting down. This is called being sedentary. Having a sedentary lifestyle is actually quite dangerous, especially if it continues over a long period of time; we certainly don’t want it to become a lifelong habit. A sedentary lifestyle can lead to all sorts of health problems such as heart disease, a build up of fatty deposits in the blood vessels that might lead to heart attacks or strokes, it can lead to diabetes and poor posture. It has also been linked to poor mental health.
As you can see it is important to keep moving! You might want to use some of the links below or search for some of your own on you tube. You might want to go for a long walk with the family or out for a run. Whatever you decide to do, enjoy it, keep going and smile.
