Builth Campus Pupil Wellbeing Ambassador Scheme

Congratulations to all the pupils that interviewed for a role as a Pupil Wellbeing Ambassador. The interviews were exceptional, and we are pleased to announce that 9 Ambassadors were selected. The ambassadors will be trained as peer mentors and will generate ideas to promote good wellbeing across the campus.

There are many playlists, podcasts and radio shows that can all improve wellbeing – it just depends on what you enjoy listening to! Here are some recommendations from our Wellbeing Ambassadors to get you going.

Recommended Podcasts/Radio Shows

Podcasts are great for wellbeing but they don’t have to be wellbeing based – anything that you find can help boost your mood or distract you from worries or anxiety.  Sports, chat shows and comedy podcasts are all great – it just depends on what you enjoy!

Simply search for them in your phone’s app store to download them yourself, or ask a parent/carer to help you. The correct apps should be at the top of the search results, with good reviews and a trusted company listed as the app’s developer.
