Mae’n bleser mawr gennyf estyn croeso cynnes i chi fel pennaeth yr ysgol. Yn Ysgol Calon Cymru, rydym wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu amgylchedd gyfoethog a chefnogol lle gall pob oedolyn ffynnu a llwyddo.

Our school's vision is to always put our learner at the heart of everything we do. We believe in the importance of academic excellence coupled with values such as trust, respect, kindness, collaboration, creativity and honesty. We are a school and community that aims high and where every one of us is committed to learning and thriving together.

Ysgol Calon Cymru is more than just a place of education, it is a vibrant community. We emphasise the importance of collaboration and mutual respect among students, parents, carers, teachers and staff. Parental involvement is highly valued, and we actively encourage partnerships with the local community to enhance the educational experience for our students.

One of our core strengths is our comprehensive Wellbeing provision. We prioritise the holistic development of our students and staff, emphasising individual care and support. You'll find valuable resources under the 'Wellbeing' tab on this website, designed to benefit both our school community and parents/carers.

Gweledigaeth ein hysgol yw bod ein dysgwyr bob amser yn ganolog i bopeth a wnawn. Rydym yn credu mewn pwysigrwydd ardderchogrwydd academaidd yn ogystal â gwerthoedd fel ymddiriedaeth, parch, cydweithrediad, creadigedd a gonestrwydd.
