The Headteacher is ultimately responsible for all matters concerned with Ysgol Calon Cymru and is responsible to the Governing Body.

The SLT at Ysgol Calon Cymru is made up of the Headteacher, two Deputy Headteachers (who deputise for the Headteacher when required), four Assistant Headteachers and a Business Manager.

Senior Leadership Team members are based on a single campus, but their specific areas of responsibility extend across the whole school. We are very much one team, and work as a team for the benefit of the whole school community.

Y Pennaeth sy'n gyfrifol yn y pen draw am yr holl faterion sy'n ymwneud ag Ysgol Calon Cymru ac mae'n atebol i'r Corff Llywodraethol.
